📋 Description

• Focus Staff is a leading healthcare staffing agency • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify candidates • Prospect for and identify talented clinicians • Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates • Coordinate interviews and negotiate compensation packages • Provide exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process • Stay informed about industry trends in healthcare recruitment • Collaborate with marketing to develop recruitment campaigns • Participate in recruitment events to promote Focus Staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred but not required) • 2-3+ years of proven experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a staffing agency environment • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and other recruitment tools • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
