• Contacting potential clients by phone, email, or other methods to introduce our products/services. • Understanding our company's offerings to communicate effectively and answer questions from clients. • Scheduling appointments for our sales team with qualified leads. • Keeping accurate records of interactions with clients in our CRM system. • Following up with clients to confirm appointments or reschedule as needed. • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure appointments align with their schedules and objectives. • Meeting weekly or monthly targets for appointment setting and conversion.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role preferred. • Proven B2B sales success, preferably in tech or the restaurant industry • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong customer service focus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus. • Experience in Restaurant Industry is must
