📋 Description

• Lead the expansion and modernization of tech infrastructure, shaping architecture and strategy to enhance the tech stack • Actively contribute hands-on development across front-end and back-end, producing high-quality, scalable code • Create detailed, clear, and accessible documentation for code, systems, and processes • Cultivate, mentor, and lead a team of developers, promoting collaboration and high performance • Collaborate within a team of highly skilled developers to deliver product-focused outcomes • Champion a product-centric agile methodology, prioritising customer-facing features through continuous deployment and automated testing

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record at a senior level, ideally involving high-performance web systems and client-facing projects • Strong expertise in headless stack with Next.js and builder.io • Proficiency in server/client-side JavaScript and frameworks like React • Experience with build tools such as Webpack and Vite • Adept at establishing coding standards, integrating automated testing, and utilising CI/CD pipelines • Demonstrated ability to optimise for Core Web Vitals • Strong front-end skills in CSS3/HTML5 • Full-stack capability or readiness to engage with both back-end and front-end technologies • Experience leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving architectural discussions • Familiarity with continuous deployment, best practices, and minimising maintenance overhead
