📋 Description
• Uitvoeren van een scan van de recruitment situatie en vastleggen van verwachtingen • Verantwoordelijk voor het invullen van cruciale vacatures, mogelijk langdurig • Samenwerken met hiring managers en HR/MarketingCommunicatie • Managementinformatie rondom recruitment afspreken en leveren • Bouwen van een talent pool binnen GDPR/AVG-wetgeving • Starten met operationele werving en streven naar korte termijn resultaten • Mogelijkheid tot werken op afstand met kantoorbezoeken indien nodig
🎯 Requirements
• Interim recruiter ervaring, bij voorkeur in recruitment/communicatie • Begrip van reversed recruitment en recruitmentprocessen • Kennis van GDPR/AVG bij werving en talentpools • Ervaring met ATS en werken-bij sites • Samenwerking met HR en Marketing Communicatie • In staat om recruitment-kanalen en planning te evalueren • Bereidheid tot remote werken; beschikbaar om op kantoor te werken indien nodig
