📋 Description

• Manage and build business relationships with distributor customers and their clients using a consultative approach to achieve sales goals • Ensure systems and processes meet the needs of external and internal customers • Support the Sales Team by selling more doors through high-quality customer service • Enter estimates into estimating systems • Update existing estimates • Coordinate with customers to ensure the appropriate product is specified and quoted • Estimate and quote projects • Multitask across projects requiring estimates • Work independently to achieve daily benchmarks • Fill in for Inside Sales Representatives as needed • Perform duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service/inside sales experience • Excellent communication skills in email and phone calls • General knowledge of CE, Microsoft Word, and Excel spreadsheets • Sales experience strongly preferred • Fluent computer skills • Experience with ERP systems preferred • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Role may require more than 40 hours per week
