📋 Description

• Support the Senior Customer Success Manager team • Provide white glove service to Censis customers • Ensure successful product use, retention, and a positive experience for clients • Grow client utilization and subscription footprint • Serve as an internal advocate for the customer • Manage requests from current customers • Support QBR preparation • Coordinate and complete onsite and virtual visits • Triage and route customer inquiries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Support special projects as assigned.

• Extreme attention to detail • Time management • Organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in customer success or similar field is preferred.
