âą Lead and conduct end-to-end work environment investigations from intake through resolution âą Conduct case interviews, documentation reviews, fact-finding, analysis, and outcome resolution âą Prepare and deliver investigation reports, recommendations, and corrective actions âą Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, Employment, and other internal teams âą Develop and implement Employee Relations processes, programs, and policies âą Advise and coach HR teams, people leaders, and employees on performance management, conflict resolution, feedback, and Employee Relations matters âą Partner with centralized HR functions including Talent Enablement, Total Rewards, and People Operations âą Analyze Employee Relations trends and metrics and provide insights and solutions to leadership âą Design and deliver Employee Relations training and education âą Evaluate and lead regional opportunities and enterprise projects for policy harmonization âą Assist with organizational change initiatives requiring Employee Relations expertise âą Stay current on Employee Relations and HR best practices and emerging issues
âą Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience âą Progressive Human Resources experience and expertise in Employee Relations, with focus on conducting complex work environment investigations âą Experience working with global organizations âą Strong knowledge of EMEA employment and labor laws across multiple jurisdictions âą Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills âą Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders âą High level of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality âą Ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with discretion and sound judgment âą Ability to manage multiple cases, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment âą Strong attention to detail and accuracy âą Proficiency in HR and Case Management systems âą Professional Certification in HR or Employee Relations, such as CIPD, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CEI, preferred
