• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field required. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition with an advisory focus. • Proven track record in recruiting for technical, non-technical, professional and managerial roles, ideally in electronics, test and measurement equipment, specialty sensors, and aerospace and defense subsystems. • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering excellence • Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities. • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics. • Proficiency in ATS, ideally AI based, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
