📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects • Act as the primary point of contact for sponsor project teams • Own project scope, timelines, and budgets • Apply project leadership expertise to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks • Provide senior leadership within a matrix project environment • Ensure quality, compliance, and audit readiness • Contribute to business growth and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive clinical research experience within a CRO or biopharmaceutical environment • At least 4 years of full project management accountability on global clinical studies • Phase 1 and Phase Ib experience • Financial Acumen: study budget management skills • Leadership: proven ability to inspire and manage globally dispersed teams • Ability to work on multiple studies at any one time • Risk Management: expertise in critical path analysis • Client Relations: ability to build client trust and resolve complex challenges • Education/Qualifications: University/college life science degree from an appropriately accredited institution • Preferred: Master´s or other advanced degree • PMP certification
