By engaging collaboratively with a Fellowship network of global leaders, Forward Institute facilitates cross-sector learning and experimentation, creating space for challenging conversations and exploring the very real dilemmas leaders face.

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver complex, high-value projects end to end with partners • Manage partner relationships and deliver reputation-enhancing project outcomes • Lead, develop and coach teams, including team members and Associates • Manage project budgets, P&L and material strategic partnerships • Create opportunities for cross-project learning and proposition iteration • Design creative leadership experiences for senior leaders • Contribute to a core design capability across programmatic interventions and bespoke advisory work • Pioneer differentiated leadership-development experiences across sectors • Evaluate the impact of leadership interventions against partner objectives and the organisation’s mission • Hold key accounts and lead business-development conversations, proposals and pitches • Help shape the growth and direction of the responsible leadership advisory practice • Identify investment opportunities, build capability and deepen organisational impact

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to exercise judgement under ambiguity • Strong commercial instinct and understanding of where value lies • Deep curiosity about how AI will reshape organisations and leadership • Commitment to responsible leadership • Strong relational instincts and ability to build trust quickly with senior leaders and teams • Creative approach to designing new experiences • Ability to lead the full life cycle of complex, high-value projects • Strong commercial capability managing multiple partner accounts, business development, proposals, pitches and work conversion • Strong design instinct for impactful leadership experiences • People leadership and management skills, including mentoring and managing diverse project teams • Excellent facilitation skills with senior teams • Ability to translate intellectual frameworks into compelling partner propositions • Ability to evaluate leadership-intervention impact and demonstrate outcomes • ~8+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, leadership consulting, programme design and implementation, or learning and development • Experience taking a proposition to market and growing it • Proven track record of winning work through senior relationships • 1–2 years’ experience engaging leaders with or working in AI, technology or innovation • Must have the right to work in the UK • CV and covering video of maximum 90 seconds required for application
