📋 Description

• The self-employed workforce is a rapidly growing, resilient, and colorful 60 million Americans. • Found is building tools that give self-employed people the security and peace of mind that has historically only been possible at big corporations. • Our engineering team is responsible for taking products from ideation to being used by tens of thousands of users every week. • We are looking for a Software Engineer - Reliability who knows how to balance moving fast while moving safely. • To thrive in this role, you have experience scaling systems from 1 to 10 to 100.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with backend technologies • Experience writing production code in Ruby, Go, or Python. • Experience working in a public cloud environment. • Proven track record of scaling and troubleshooting production systems or services. • Strong fundamental knowledge of SLAs and SLOs, as well as ideas around how to implement them at a fast-paced company. • Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals such as coredns/kubedns, vertical and horizontal pod autoscaling.
