📋 Description

• Drive complete end-to-end operational ownership of Change and Release Management processes within ServiceNow • Independently evaluate change risks, determine appropriate approval pathways, and verify Change Records contain required Computer System Validation (CSV) evidence • Plan, align, and execute complex release schedules across platform configuration, custom integrations, and vendor-driven platform updates • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings • Represent the platform in high-level, cross-functional governance forums with internal leads and executive stakeholders • Enforce ITIL best practices across Change, Release, Incident, and Problem management workflows in ServiceNow • Ensure minimal disruption to production environments

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of total IT/ITS Management experience • Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience leading ServiceNow Change and Release Management with demonstrated solo ownership • Proven track record of managing change controls within validated (GxP) IT environments • Strong understanding of audit trail requirements and validation evidence • Deep knowledge of ITIL frameworks; ITIL v4 certification strongly preferred • Clear understanding of how Change & Release intersects with Incident & Problem management • Ability to assess technical change risks independently and establish correct governance pathways without operational escalation • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills • Confidence managing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional discussions
