📋 Description

• Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization for integration and commercial technology initiatives • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify improvement, automation, and standardization opportunities • Facilitate alignment between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors • Support demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation • Assist with testing and user acceptance activities throughout the project lifecycle • Maintain documentation and knowledge-transfer artifacts to support delivery and transition to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, and prioritizing business requirements • Ability to translate business objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities into actionable requirements • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings • Ability to create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications • Experience analyzing current-state and future-state business processes • Ability to facilitate communication among business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors • Experience supporting demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation • Experience assisting with testing and user acceptance activities, requirements traceability, solution validation, and business readiness • Ability to produce and maintain business requirements, process maps, workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, UAT materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts
