📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows (Databricks or other cloud-native solutions). • Build scalable and modular Python applications using OOP, async, and testing frameworks. • Develop and optimize relational database schemas (PostgreSQL preferred; Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL acceptable). • Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar). • Support IaC (Infrastructure as Code) initiatives. • Mentor junior Python developers and enforce clean coding standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience. • Proficient in Python OOP, async, testing, and SQL. • Experience with ETL design, Databricks, or other cloud workflows. • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Singularity). • Experience integrating REST/GraphQL APIs and external vendor platforms. • Nice to have: experience with React or R Shiny for visualization. • Advantage: experience with bioinformatics workflows or omics data.
