📋 Description
• Develop robust Python services , backend APIs, and data processing components • Implement automation and test workflows using Robot Framework • Build and extend scalable analytical workflows for scientific data processing • Participate in the design of FAIR-compliant data architectures and secure, audited data systems • Partner with data scientists and bioinformatics teams to operationalize research workflows • Support delivery pipelines (CI/CD), containerization, and deployment to HPC/cloud platforms • Troubleshoot and debug complex distributed pipelines
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Python engineering • Strong experience with Robot Framework for automation or QA • Familiarity with large-scale data workflows, ETL, or HPC environments • Ability to deliver pragmatic solutions within complex, ambiguous research contexts • Strong communication skills and willingness to work closely with scientific end users.
