📋 Description

• Provide strategic financial leadership and commercial insight to the Executive Team and Board. • Lead treasury management, including liquidity, cashflow forecasting, funding arrangements, and lender/investor relationships. • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and accurate statutory & regulatory reporting. • Ensure strong regulatory compliance and governance (RSH, FRS 102, etc.). • Manage and develop the finance, procurement, and treasury team. • Drive value for money initiatives and support strategic decision-making. • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including auditors, funders, and pension providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Housing association / social housing sector experience (essential). • Previous experience operating at Head of Finance / equivalent senior level. • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience. • Strong background in treasury management, financial strategy, and regulated environments. • Proven ability to lead and develop a multi-functional finance team. • Immediate or very short notice availability. • Experience of organisational change programmes. • Treasury-specific qualifications or deep funding/lending expertise.
