📋 Description

• Serve as trusted advisor to state-agency clients and healthcare-industry stakeholders • Lead health data projects and remain accountable for project design and execution of client deliverables • Oversee content, quality, and accuracy of deliverables • Delegate work to and oversee cross-functional teams including data engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts • Scope and draft clear, impactful written deliverables • Supervise 2-4 Project Managers, including day-to-day supervision and performance reviews • Lead stakeholder meetings • Develop and deliver national presentations • Identify opportunities to expand professional service offerings and enter new markets • Lead business development activities, including writing RFPs and bid proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Recognized national expert in subject matter aligned with FHC’s business priorities • Proven success in business development • Substantial experience leading and managing health data projects • Experience in project design and evaluation, including defining project roles and delegating tasks appropriately • Experience serving as a supervisor and mentor • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under deadlines • Demonstrable writing and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from complex datasets and identify trends and key takeaways • Self-motivation and time management skills, with ability to thrive in a remote work environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Attentiveness to evolving client needs • Strategic mindset aligned with business objectives • Creative problem-solving skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced degree (Master’s of Public Health or similar) preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and managing project teams in health data or health policy fields • Experience as a direct supervisor
