📋 Description

• Providing consistent, relationship-based support in the community • Supporting access to activities, interests and new experiences • Encouraging independence, confidence and choice at an appropriate pace • Using calm, flexible communication that reflects an understanding of autism and PDA • Following agreed support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures • Completing clear and accurate records following each shift • Working collaboratively with the family and Freedom Care team

🎯 Requirements

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle with business-use insurance are essential • Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and all required safer-recruitment checks • Able to provide satisfactory references and evidence of your right to work in the UK • Experience supporting autistic people and/or individuals with a PDA profile is desirable, but not essential
