• Manage the relationship with the instructors • Plan and assign instructors to teach all US-PG(B2C) & B2B programs • Ensure that instructors are delivering the desired experience in the live sessions • Share the feedback with the instructors to improve their performance • Manage the instructor costs for the category • Work with the sourcing team to hire and manage a healthy pool of instructors • Work with partnership, curriculum and product teams to keep track of program updates and prepare instructors • Coordinate and manage relationships with all stakeholders
