📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7 software engineers, ensuring high-quality engineering execution and delivery. • Establish sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and agile delivery culture. • Partner with product management to align engineering work to roadmap priorities and market commitments. • Drive accountability for code quality, test coverage, delivery timelines, and release discipline. • Contribute as a senior developer when needed—writing code, designing APIs, reviewing pull requests, and troubleshooting system issues. • Provide technical oversight across the platform architecture, including .NET Core, C#, Web API services, and SQL Server. • Lead modernization efforts by refactoring legacy components and improving system performance and scalability. • Drive improvements to development tooling, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and monitoring. • Own engineering execution for Vonigo in collaboration with shared services engineering teams. • Implement coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. • Ensure engineering decisions support scalability, maintainability, and product migration objectives. • Guide technical design, architecture reviews, technical debt management, and platform stability. • Partner with customer success, onboarding, and support teams to resolve escalated issues. • Work closely with implementation engineers and solution developers to scale platform configuration capabilities. • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and PMO to improve release reliability and deployment automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering using C# and .NET • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software engineers • Hands-on expertise in .NET Core, Web API, RESTful services, and microservices architecture • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server including schema design, stored procedures, and query tuning • Experience in Azure or AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM or equivalent cloud technologies) • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, DevOps practices, and cloud deployment automation • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on coding and technical design • Experience working in SaaS platforms, preferably B2B vertical or field service software.
