📋 Description

• Collaborate closely within a team to deliver best-in-class software • Monitor over US$20 trillion in assets under management every single day • Take ownership of your work from Day 1 • Release software when it's ready, not on a schedule • Participate in agile practices, reflecting and iterating on processes • Own and deliver solutions to problems and help implement improvements to processes and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Mid engineer with generalist knowledge of product development concepts (software design, product requirements, work breakdown) and agile practices (TDD, CI/CD, architecture) • Comfortable writing code in C#, Java or Python • Ability to articulate the value of own work in larger projects or team-wide goals • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements • Ability to ask for and give feedback, and participate in team discussions • Capacity to seek out opportunities to improve code, process, and practices
