📋 Description

• Design and implement core logic for GenAI agents. • Develop systematic evaluation frameworks for GenAI systems. • Analyse business data and design predictive ML algorithms. • Rapidly build functional application prototypes. • Optimise prompts and reasoning chains for GenAI applications. • Collaborate with engineers to translate prototypes into production services. • Implement responsible AI testing and guardrails. • Support mid-level team members by providing mentoring.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in applied Data Science with GenAI applications. • Strong python skills, writing clean, reusable code. • Systematic evaluation understanding of non-deterministic ML models. • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills. • Excited to keep up to date with latest advances in GenAI. • Empathy and problem-solving with business users' needs.
