📋 Description

• Design best-in-class products and experiences that make energy abundant • Design mobile and web consumer products rewarding users for controlling usage, balancing grid demand, and upgrading homes with solar, batteries, and EVs • Design physical and digital experiences, including home energy upgrades, hardware products, and home IoT device controls • Define Fuse's visual language across web, mobile, motion, and physical products • Design internal tools and platforms managing renewable energy, installations, and customers • Design grid management systems, blockchain reward mechanisms, and new products • Shape the product roadmap as an early design hire • Work across engineering, trading, and operations, directly with the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products • Strong craft across typography, colour, composition and UX • A track record of working end-to-end from initial vision and discovery through to design execution • Ability to translate complex systems into logical, modular, and reusable interface structures • Excellent written communication skills • Figma expertise (non-negotiable) • Bonus: Motion graphics, 3D (C4D, Spline), copywriting or code
