📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT carve-out and TSA exit projects • Manage separation and migration across applications, infrastructure, data, integrations, networks, security, and end-user services • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets • Coordinate IT, business functions, external vendors, system integrators, and separation teams • Manage TSA deliverables and ensure transition readiness before TSA expiration • Drive application and data migration from legacy or parent-company environments into standalone environments • Coordinate system decommissioning, access separation, and service transition • Ensure business continuity throughout migration and separation activities • Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project status reporting • Identify risks and blockers and drive mitigation and resolution • Support cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and post-transition stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in IT Project Management, preferably within large-scale transformation, separation, divestiture, or M&A programs • Proven experience managing TSA carve-outs, TSA exits, or IT separation projects • Experience coordinating complex application, infrastructure, data, and integration migrations • Strong understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, security, and cloud services • Experience managing multiple vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams • Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and governance skills • Experience with cutover planning, migration, deployment, and hypercare activities • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment • Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a must • Fluency in English is a must • Must be based in Europe • Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence • No relocation package is offered
