📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation projects, including org simplification, system consolidation, and platform optimization • Manage projects simplifying Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and reducing application landscape complexity • Drive continuous enhancement of digital communication platforms and related business capabilities • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, Salesforce, Architecture, and external vendors • Facilitate stakeholder alignment, governance meetings, status reporting, and executive communications • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business and technology objectives • Support enterprise digital transformation through standardized processes, scalable solutions, and improved system architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects • Proven experience delivering Salesforce-related projects, including Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or transformation initiatives • Strong understanding of Salesforce multi-org architectures, integration patterns, and system simplification methodologies • Experience managing third-party system integrations and application rationalization initiatives • Basic understanding of enterprise digital communication platforms and related business processes • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies • Strong stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and communication skills
