• Answer calls in a professional manner • Render all messages accurately and completely • Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient and Client • Go into internal professional training • Comply with dress code requirements for video remote interpreting

• Professional remote interpreters • Familiarity with healthcare and medical vocabulary • Compliance with Interpreter's code of conduct • Eager to get new professional certifications • Be prepared to take notes during calls
