📋 Description

• Architect target states by designing modern technology architectures • Lead complex projects ensuring quality and managing client expectations • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to advise at C-level • Guide clients in responsibly adopting data and AI • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Develop team capabilities and create conditions for high performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of significant experience in digital, technology, or data strategy • Hands-on technical fluency in modern technologies: AI, cloud, APIs, enterprise architecture • Ability to translate business problems into architectural direction • Strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas • Collaborative influence with ability to align stakeholders • Commitment to inclusive leadership and diverse perspectives • Drive for meaningful impact connecting work to broader client goals • Nice to have: Experience in consultancy or operating model design, digital portfolio management, or enterprise-scale AI strategy
