📋 Description

• Work autonomously toward objectives that have been set • Review feature or content specifications and create test plans • Review feature or content health and report accordingly • Investigate high-risk bugs and provide risk assessments to help prioritization during bug triage • Mentor and help develop junior team members • Contribute to and help develop internal QA processes • Work closely with developers and producers to identify issues early and improve QA processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in games QA, preferably at a game development studio • Exceptional communication and organisation skills • Experience with all, or most PC and console gaming platforms • Experience creating and maintaining test plans • A solid understanding of the game development process • Candidates must have a valid UK work visa • Desirable: Strong knowledge of the PowerWash Simulator franchise • Desirable: Knowledge of Microsoft, Sony & Nintendo certification requirements • Desirable: Experience co-ordinating internal and external QA teams • Desirable: At least one title supported from concept to release
