• Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media channels to generate new leads for our professional services team. • Use CRM [D365] to document all prospecting activities and maintain accurate records of sales activity. • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful lead follow-up and opportunity conversion. • Attend relevant events and webinars to keep up-to-date with industry trends and generate new leads. • Provide feedback to the sales leadership on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. • Achieve and exceed assigned lead generation targets. • Ability to follow a sales process while leveraging cadence tools and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (not required). • Must have prior tech services SDR experience • 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in a professional services environment. • Proven track record of success in sales development, with the ability to generate leads and set appointments with key decision-makers. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Experience using D365 CRM or similar systems to manage and track sales activity. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in the IT industry or related fields is a plus.
