📋 Description

• Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs • Modify company products and customer/internal systems to meet client and end-user needs • Gather system information, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare documentation for program changes • Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements • Design programs for projects or enhancements • Write specifications for low- to moderate-complexity programs • Resolve production support problems and suggest alternative solutions • Develop test plans for new or modified programs • Create program code and technical documentation • Conduct quality assurance activities, including peer reviews • Research industry technical trends and maintain current skills • Participate in a 7-day on-call rotation every 5 weeks

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of applications development and programming experience • Experience with C, Linux, job scripts/streams, SQL, and IWS (Integrated Web Services) • Experience resolving cycle abends and debugging batch code • Solid SQL and data analysis skills for troubleshooting and validation • Comfort supporting production issues, defect analysis, data investigation, and end-to-end testing • Previous experience working on Medicaid Claims systems is highly desired • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 5 weeks for 7 days • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation
