📋 Description

• Design and develop software and modification enhancements to applications through all phases of the system lifecycle • Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed performance objectives • Perform assigned technical duties with minimal supervision • Complete required project documentation, approvals, and transmitted references throughout the project lifecycle • Work on an on-call basis during non-work hours • Design, build, and maintain complex major business programming applications • Analyze, design, and validate system requirements for new and existing applications • Collaborate with appropriate team members • Develop project schedules and plans and provide input on required resources • Identify system design alternatives and implement appropriate technical designs • Review program code and test results for accuracy and compliance with specifications and standards • Perform complex development, maintenance, and modification • Create test plans and perform testing and debugging • Keep current with technologies needed to enhance and maintain systems • Support integration, customization, and maintenance of vendor applications

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of Software Development and N Tier Web Application Development experience • Strong proficiency in Visual Studio .NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mainframe Technologies, including COBOL and JCL • Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and business-critical systems • 5+ years of proven experience supporting IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transformation, integration, and migration initiatives • Advanced database expertise with SQL Server • Working knowledge of Oracle • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and manage multiple concurrent projects • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, travel as required, and work on-call during non-work hours • Video cameras required during interviews and the initial week of orientation
