🎯 Requirements
• 计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有 5 年以上后端开发经验，其中 1 - 2 年有架构设计辅助或技术小组管理经验。 • 熟练掌握 Golang/PHP/java 等后端开发语言，具备良好的系统架构意识和较强的编码能力，能独立完成功能模块开发。 • 有大数据、高并发、分布式系统相关项目参与经验，对系统架构设计及优化有一定理解，有互联网或金融行业项目经验者更佳。 • 对数据库设计和优化有较深入了解，熟练掌握 SQL 调优、索引优化，有一定业务数据建模经验。 • 熟悉 Nginx、Redis、MySQL、Kafka 等常见中间件的基本配置与使用，能够处理简单的调优工作。 了解微服务架构、RPC 框架、容器化部署（Docker/Kubernetes）等技术，有实践经验者优先。 • 具备良好的沟通和协作能力，能够与跨部门团队高效合作，促进技术与业务协同发展。
