📋 Description

• Advising our clients in the areas of Cyber Security, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) • Leading and supporting client projects — including knowledge transfer and close collaboration with Sales and internal and external stakeholders • Implementing, operating and further developing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) • Creating, reviewing and optimizing security policies and concepts (e.g., BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS-2, ISO/IEC 27001) • Conducting risk assessments, security assessments and audits (e.g., according to BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC 27005) • Supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM) and emergency/incident planning (e.g., BSI 200-4, ISO/IEC 22301)

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of practical experience (typically 5 years or more) in Cyber Security and (IT) compliance • Experience in client advisory and in leading or managing projects • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and common security frameworks (e.g., BSI, ISO/IEC 2700x, NIS-2, KRITIS) • Relevant certifications in Cyber Security and/or (IT) compliance • Confident and efficient use of modern AI tools and technologies • Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable field • Strong communication and analytical skills, a high degree of client orientation, and business-fluent German (C1) • Willingness to travel occasionally (1–2 days/week) and possession of a Class B driving license • Nice-to-have: knowledge or experience in data protection (in particular EU GDPR) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks for AI (in particular the EU AI Act)
