📋 Description

• Develop, plan, and write compliant and compelling proposal content • Serve as Volume Lead and/or Lead Writer for management sections of proposals valued from $100M to $1B+ • Support Capture Managers and Proposal Managers in planning and developing proposal win themes • Identify discriminators, benefits, and key features of technical and management solutions • Work with Subject Matter Experts and operations staff to collect data for past performance development • Write, edit, and revise proposal materials • Coordinate with technical and program personnel to ensure proposal accuracy • Analyze RFP requirements and participate in color team reviews • Provide guidance, mentoring, and work leadership to less experienced proposal writers • Participate in continuing quality improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of related experience • Bachelor's Degree, or 4+ additional years of work experience, training, education and/or certifications in lieu of degree • 15+ years of federal proposal writing for a government contractor or equivalent technical experience • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience developing technical and management volumes • Experience as a Volume Lead, Book Boss, or Lead Management Writer • Personal initiative • Proposal support and writing skills • APMP Certification preferred • PMP Certification preferred • Ability to work remotely • US citizenship is not required
