📋 Description
• Responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in an agile environment • Provide technical leadership to an agile team of 5–7 engineers • Work with leaders to understand product requirements and vision • Translate requirements/vision into a prioritized backlog of user stories • Collaborate with architects to develop multigenerational software technology plans • Drive efficiency and eliminate duplication across teams • Support process improvements that guide development activities • Work cross-functionally with other departments to align activities and deliveries • Drive development quality and product support • Ensure the team understands the business direction and strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced experience in software engineering • Academic background in Computer Science or a STEM discipline • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science • Experience with Windows- and Unix/Linux-based programming • Experience working on software projects in the Energy domain (energy management, oil & gas, power & water) • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner
