📋 Description

• Take ownership of meaningful customer problems from discovery through delivery • Support the Automation and Governance product group on activation, time-to-value, and complex workflow problems • Conduct customer discovery and usability research • Use research and product data to identify valuable problems and design opportunities • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to explore, shape, test, and deliver solutions • Design simpler workflows for Salesforce admins, release managers, and developers • Create prototypes, including coded prototypes, and design system components • Explore AI in the design process and customer experiences • Work closely with engineers throughout implementation • Evaluate shipped work using customer feedback and product data • Improve experiences based on post-launch impact • Identify opportunities and help determine future team priorities • Contribute to the Product Design team through work sharing, pairing, feedback, and reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping digital products • Portfolio demonstrating the problem solved, approach, and outcome • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process • Experience speaking directly with users and running research • Experience using product analytics to understand customer problems and inform decisions • Ability to make complex workflows simple and intuitive • Interest in learning technical concepts behind products • Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages • Ability to use AI in day-to-day workflow • Experience using post-launch learning to inform future work • Experience with B2B SaaS, technical applications, or developer products is advantageous • Familiarity with Salesforce, DevOps, Git, or version control is advantageous • Hands-on technical experience with code, HTML, CSS, coded prototypes, design systems, Amplitude, Figma, Notion, or Claude is advantageous
