📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end acquisition journey from homepage to first payment across web and increasingly mobile • Lead landing pages, registration flows, onboarding flows, and lifecycle nudges • Co-own the experimentation roadmap with the CRO Manager • Frame hypotheses, define success metrics, and ship rapid tests • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights from Amplitude into testable ideas and designs • Maintain a high visual design standard across product surfaces • Partner with product, engineering, data, CRM, and commercial teams • Help deliver Project Heartbeat to make the acquisition experience more aspirational and trust-focused • Participate in portfolio, technical, hiring manager, and final-stage interview processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning acquisition or conversion work in-house, at pace • Ability to describe an experiment, its hypothesis, and measurable impact • High-quality visual design portfolio • Experience working where the visual bar is genuinely high • Ability to frame clear problem statements and propose rational tests • Close partnership with product managers, engineers, data, and CRM teams • Experience with consumer products, ideally marketplaces or subscriptions • Understanding of how digital trust is built and what drives conversion • Strong UI craft • Experience with experimentation and test-and-learn practices • Experience using Amplitude or comparable product analytics tools
