📋 Description

• Deliver and coordinate training on GE Healthcare MRI products • Provide onsite clinical applications training to users • Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications with sales, service, and the Clinical Education Manager • Conduct application training at customer sites to ensure safe and effective equipment use, maximizing image quality and productivity • Maintain after-sale and long-term customer relationships • Identify and capitalize on opportunities that satisfy customer needs • Promote product differentiators based on customer clinical needs, competition, values, and benefits sought • Develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory • Support trade shows, workshops, show sites, and customer visits • Support deployment of digital tools and digital transformation of clinical education • Document trainings, site visits, and customer interactions according to local protocol • Deliver customer presentations at classroom education days and user intimacy events

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified radiographer with experience working clinically within MRI in a UK&I hospital • Experience in another modality such as CT or DEXA is a bonus • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills • Self-motivated and able to identify and act on improvement opportunities • Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset • Willingness to adapt to changing work environments • Ability to travel and work at customer sites 80% of the working time, Monday to Friday • Experience teaching MRI to radiographers/radiologists is desired • Experience in advanced MRI such as Cardiac and Neuro is desired • Knowledge of GE or competitor MRI products is desired • Previous experience as an Application Specialist is desired • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
