• Maintain Medical Ultrasound equipment in the London territory and surrounding areas • Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems • Maintain daily interface with doctors and technicians regarding equipment status issues • Ensure customer satisfaction, equipment performance, and service excellence • Control Warranty and PMS contract costs • Complete FMI and PMS inspection documentation for assigned accounts on time • Check the daily schedule and manage tools, part ordering, and travel to complete tasks • Work to set Key Performance Indicators • Perform some troubleshooting and maintenance remotely via connection to medical devices
• Qualified Technician/Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices • Relevant Field Service experience is advantageous • Technical analytical skills • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • High work standards and quality • Fluency in English • Valid driving license and active driving experience • Valid passport and willingness to travel overseas for training • Ideal location: London or surrounding areas • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills • Strong customer skills and ability to handle differences of opinion tactfully and effectively • Initiative and motivation • Effective planning and organization • Self-motivated
