📋 Description

• Manage assigned markets to support profitability targets and enterprise growth objectives. • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform business decisions. • Monitor product profitability, loss ratios, and key performance indicators to identify risks and opportunities. • Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations, filing requirements, and internal governance standards. • Lead ownership of complex business challenges, including product features, initiatives, and strategic projects. • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across product, actuarial, underwriting, legal, and operations teams. • Support new product development, launches, and rollout execution, including coordination across cross-functional stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. • Five or more years of experience in insurance product management or insurance data analysis. • Demonstrated experience managing insurance products, including profit and loss accountability. • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills. • Proven ability to solve complex problems, operate effectively with incomplete data, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
