📋 Description

• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions to complex problems • Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, platform capabilities, and AI-powered development tools • Plan, prioritize, and execute large-scale projects • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices • Contribute to architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and deliver business-critical initiatives • Design, develop, and leverage AI-powered development tools and automation • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications • Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions • Design and optimize cloud-native solutions using managed services, event-driven architectures, infrastructure automation, and scalable deployment patterns • Utilize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Docker, and Kubernetes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Improve engineering productivity through reusable platforms, automation, self-service tooling, and standardized practices • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices • Conduct design sessions and code reviews • Publish and maintain design, workflow, and runbook documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in large-scale enterprise environments • 4+ years of experience with backend technologies such as .NET, Java, ASP.NET Core, or Spring Boot • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux, and Hooks • Experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, PowerShell, or similar programming and scripting languages • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure, AWS, or GCP, and JSON, XML, and YAML • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/work experience • Experience designing, architecting, and maintaining scalable distributed systems and full-stack applications • Experience building accessible, high-performance user experiences using React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design • Experience building backend services using Java, ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices • Experience designing and operating cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP • Experience deploying customer-facing solutions with monitoring, observability, fallback handling, latency considerations, and cost awareness • Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools and practices is preferred
