📋 Description

• Develop GEM’s Mobilization and Church Engagement by building connections • Guide prospective missionaries and support local ministry partnerships • Generate leads for new mobilization within the region • Develop and strengthen relationships with key churches, colleges, and ministries • Attend mission conferences and make first step calls • Mentor and mobilize university students as appropriate • Participate in weekly or biweekly calls with supervisor and mobilization team • Support project preparation and execution as time permits

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member • Proficient with Office software, Salesforce, and social media platforms • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
