📋 Description
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients. • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. • Handle objections and answer basic questions about services. • Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication. • Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in cold calling is preferred but not mandatory. • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. • Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. • Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools. • Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics. • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup). • Must agree to be on Zoom for the entire shift (except during breaks).
