📋 Description

• - Identify and prospect potential freight forwarding companies to expand the company's client base. • - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular outreach. • - Negotiate rates with clients and prospects to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms. • - Pursue additional freight from current freight forwarding clients. • - Collaborate with clients and drayage providers to create efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. • - Source carriers to handle FTL shipments. • - Oversee projects. • - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential risks.

🎯 Requirements

• - Minimum of 3 years experience in Business Development, Freight Forwarder, or FTL Operations • - Strong project management skills • - Strong communication skills
