📋 Description

• Sales Development Representative role to identify and generate new business opportunities • Work closely with sales and marketing to qualify leads, build relationships, and set meetings • Lead Generation: research potential clients and key decision makers via LinkedIn, email, industry events • Prospecting: outbound cold calling, email, social media to qualify leads and book meetings • Relationship Building: understand client needs and position Magical’s solutions • Collaboration: refine messaging and improve lead conversion with sales & marketing • Pipeline Management: enter, update, and maintain CRM records for all leads and prospects • Company: Magical builds an agentic AI platform that creates "AI employees" to automate repetitive workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role, with experience selling automation solutions, as well as selling into healthcare and/or IT a plus. • Track Record: Have a consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM, sales engagement tools, and social media platforms for prospecting and outreach. • Traits: Resilience, a consistently positive attitude, and a growth mindset are essential for success in this role. • Self-Motivated: A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession. • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
