• own and execute a tailored sales strategy for Romania’s mid-market and enterprise clients • build and lead a top-performing sales team, empowering them to surpass targets and sharpen their skills through ongoing coaching • generate and nurture a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships • collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Enablement to maximize sales effectiveness • represent GetResponse at industry events, strengthening key client and partner relationships • monitor sales performance metrics, ensure CRM accuracy, and adjust tactics for continuous growth
🎯 Requirements
• bring 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, especially with mid-market and enterprise clients • have experience building, leading, and inspiring motivated sales teams • are energized by a dynamic environment and driven to deliver measurable results • communicate confidently in English (B2 level or above) • understand the Romanian digital marketing and advertising ecosystem inside out • are proactive and skilled at establishing and maintaining lasting client relationships
