• Telephone lead qualification and outreach to warm leads • Conduct technical feasibility checks over the phone • Create enthusiasm and turn prospects into advocates • Schedule appointments for consultation meetings • Proactively contribute process improvements and ideas
🎯 Requirements
• Motivation and a can-do attitude • A natural ability to engage and enthuse people • Willingness to learn about heat pumps and sales • German language skills (minimum C1 level) • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
