📋 Description

• Own and drive the Europe Services margin expansion strategy • Identify and execute initiatives that improve profitability, productivity, and cost management • Lead cross-functional actions to reduce margin erosion across Outage Costs, Capital Parts, Non-Capital Parts, and Other Covered Maintenance Costs • Develop recovery plans for identified risks and partner with business leaders on execution • Establish operating rhythms and standard work that create accountability and sustainable outcomes • Serve as regional focal point for cost governance • Drive cost visibility and performance transparency • Partner with Finance, PRMs, OTR, OFS, and regional leaders to improve cost productivity and operating discipline • Lead deep-dive analyses, identify root causes, quantify business impact, and drive corrective actions • Champion best practices and continuous improvement • Define and lead the Europe Services Operations analytics strategy • Build and maintain dashboards and visual management tools • Transform operational and financial data into recommendations for senior leadership • Identify trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities, and predictive indicators • Develop scalable analytical frameworks for visibility, forecasting, and operational planning • Lead adoption of Artificial Intelligence within Europe Services operations • Design and deploy AI-powered solutions for data collection, analysis, reporting, and insight generation • Partner with Digital and IT teams to integrate innovative technologies into business processes • Partner with OTR, OFS, Finance, and PRMs regional teams

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Operations, Finance, Performance Management, Analytics, or Business Transformation • Experience within an industrial, services, or energy environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert complex datasets into clear insights, actions, and decisions • Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI, intelligent agents, machine learning, and automation responsibly and effectively • Ability to communicate complex topics simply and compellingly • Ability to lead transformation and drive adoption of new tools, processes, and data-driven ways of working • Ability to operate with pace, accountability, and sound judgment in a dynamic and ambiguous environment • Ability to collaborate across Operations, Finance, Digital, Commercial, ITR, and regional teams • Strong commitment to standard work, controllership, compliance, and continuous improvement • Formal education is nice to have, but not required
