📋 Description

• Manage contract performance activities, typically tied to a customer site • Serve as the interface between customers and project teams • Manage the transfer of information and customer requests • Ensure timely issue resolution and keep customers advised of project progress • Negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues • Ensure adherence to contract service, operations, performance, financial, and technical specifications • Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration with minimal supervision • Support managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts • Act as customer liaison on contract matters • Manage staffing and performance development • Apply technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policy and strategy • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes and interdependent production cycles • Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small, low-risk projects • Explain information and help team members reach consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college OR a High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 5 years of Power Industry experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience with field engineering / Gas or Steam turbine maintenance experience • Must live within 1 hour drive of the two sites covered by this role, in the Orlando, Florida and Cocoa, Florida area • Knowledge and experience within the power industry • Experience planning and executing outages • Familiarity with Contractual Service Agreements • Strong quality background with Black Belt certification • Strong leadership, financial, and commercial skills • Knowledge of Field Service Portal (FSP) systems • Experience working with customer leadership teams • Demonstrated communication and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
