📋 Description

• Coordinate weekly monitoring of system information and perform reconciliation • Escalate technical discrepancies to relevant leads • Execute analysis activities to provide accurate reporting and visibility to production control teams and leadership • Communicate system health and reporting status to stakeholders • Maintain Smartsheet workflows, sheets, and dashboards • Manage ERP record additions and modifications and collect required documentation • Develop and maintain standard work documentation • Drive Lean initiatives focused on identifying and eliminating transactional waste • Manage exports and reporting submissions for performance tracking and operational objectives • Support system administration tasks and maintain accurate outputs and records • Monitor system quality, identify risks, resolve errors, and escalate as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in analysis, system reporting, and operational support • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Smartsheet, Tableau, and ERP systems • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related visualization/reporting tools • Experience supporting KPI tracking and operational reporting • Ability to maintain workflows to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy • Ability to support management decision-making • English mandatory • Previous data operations environment experience desired • Demonstrated commitment to Lean methodology and continuous improvement desired • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/planning skills • Ability to operate proactively, with urgency, and under pressure • Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization • Resourcefulness and self-starter mindset • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
